Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival date will have a full refund issued, less a $25.00 bookkeeping fee. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival date also have the option to change their reservation date instead of cancelling. There is a $10.00 fee to change your reservation date. Late cancellations (less than 14 days from your scheduled arrival) and no-shows are subject to full loss of deposit/payment.
Minimum of 2 night stays on weekends. (Friday and Saturday nights). Minimum of 3 night stays on Memorial Day, Labor Day (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights) and 4th of July (Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights). (WE ARE CURRENTLY WAIVING THE MINIMUM NIGHT STAY POLICY AND ACCEPTING ONE NIGHT RESERVATIONS.)
You are responsible for all nights reserved. If you are unable to complete your stay, for any reason, no refunds will be given.
We cannot be held responsible for inclement weather, illness, work
schedules, or other situations affecting our guests, and therefore we
adhere to our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances.
